The traditional French dessert that is served during Christmas in France, Belgium and Quebec, is transformed by Chef Yamashita, into a moist chocolate meringue of almond powder, chocolate and egg whites, with a thin crunchy exterior. It is a swiss roll of chocolate meringue, chantilly cream and sweet peaches, adorned with chocolate pearls, and edible sugar Santa imported form Japan.
ordered this from Flor Pâtisserie can't wait to collect it!
they dont use baking powder, artificial rising/softening agent, stabiliser, or preservatives!
