Alex: We nearly got fired for trying to fix what she screwed up in the first place.

Christina: Yeah, because that's our job! What?  You didn't make any mistakes today?
(to Alex) You have been distracted by the entire week!
(to Jackson) And who knows what you screwed up.
Our patients didn't die and that's why we didn't get caught.  It could happen to anyone of us.

Meredith (ending narration): When we're heading towards an outcome that's too horrible to face, that's when we go looking for a second opinion.
