there are some who have such looks of hostility that they make turd better to look at.
i'm usually casper the friendly ghost when it comes to frontline service staff but if their actions or tone comes across as offending or hostile, barely 2 seconds after contact i would retaliate by returning the favour in kind.
if you are not able to contain your emotions or prejudices and cannot be tactful, just dont work in the service line cos you are definitely not qualified to do so.
for the hostile cheena otak kambing bodoh perempuan who works in the snow dessert stall, working in land mine areas would definitely be more deserving for her than those who have no choice. kurang hajah mia perempuan, meng chye see!
