was walking from smu towards bugis abt 9pm yest when a female indonesian teen stopped me to ask for directions
she and her parents couldnt find the way back to hotel 81 in bencoolen
as they seemed rather tired and lost, i thought i might as well go all the way and walk with them back to bencoolen :)
it did helped a bit that i knew a bit of malay for ease of communication :)
(it seems that they had asked a couple of people for directions but they couldnt really help :p)
seeing their face light up when they sighted their hotel was enough to make my day =)
i'm no saviour of the world but i know tt my purpose in life is to make things a little better :)
