we found the enlightenment package reasonably priced and that was even before we knew what to expect =)
the cable car ride was simply breath-taking, words alone cannot describe the feeling of exhilaration while passing thru the hills and at one point hearing the gushing of the water falls at a small lake...
amazingly, we also saw one or two tombs on the hills, presumably for feng shui purposes so that the descendants would continue to enjoy good fortune :)
upon seeing Buddha, a strong sense of peace and calm overwhelmed me and i felt a tear in my eye
there was a animated show on the story of Buddha and the effects were fantastic
we also got to see the bone relic of Buddha and the old ancient scriptures written by the emperors and empress dowagers of old china... it was a pity that one set of the ancient scriptures was marred by a broken a display case =p
while on top, the winds were pretty strong and the clouds were super low and the surroundings, awesome!
